Wickman Construction hires full-time contract wood-framing laborers and carpenters. The Company takes pride in keeping its staff busy with full-time work, year round, and rarely has periods when work is not available for its regular laborers and carpenters. Part-time positions are not generally available.

Normal work hours are:

Summers: 6:00am–2:30pm Mon–Thurs;  6:00am–1:30pm Fridays

Fall/Winter/Spring: 7:00am Mon–Thurs; 7:00am–2:30pm Fridays

Some after hours and/or weekend work may be required from time to time.

Pay and holidays

Pay rates may vary based on experience and value to the company. Some paid holidays and vacation time are available based on time worked with the Company.

All positions require that the hired person have reliable transportation to worksites and valid social security or resident alien number. 

Carpenters must have their own work belt and hand tools.
